SHARING KNOWLEDGE “MODEL DEVELOPMENT OF POST-MINING LAKE FORM ON COAL MINING IN TROPICAL REGIONS”

JAKARTA – in the context of knowledge sharing activities to optimize the achievement of the vision, mission, goals and objectives of the Mining Engineering Study Program. Mining Engineering presenting Sharing Knowledge “MODEL DEVELOPMENT OF POST-MINING LAKE FORM ON COAL MINING IN TROPICAL REGIONS” as the speaker is Dr. Edy Jamal Tuheteru, ST., MT (lecturer of mining engineering).

On this occasion, he explained about post-mining lakes in the tropics and their effects on groundwater quality around mines, besides that he also explained the benefits of the development model to minimize risk by making various scenarios, input for mine planning and post-mining planning to help stakeholders.

After the presentation, there was also a discussion session with the speakers. This event was attended 35 participants by lecturers and academic staff in the field of earth and energy technology faculty, and opened by the dean Dr. Ir. Muhammad Burhannudinnur, M.Sc., IPM.
