To pursue education at the Faculty of Earth Sciences and Energy Technology, Trisakti University, every student is required to pay education fees. The education fees for students are composed of:
1. Fees for Indonesian Students |
Indonesian students who enroll in the Faculty of Earth Sciences and Energy Technology, Trisakti University, are required to pay the following education fees: |
a. Education Development Contribution (SPP) |
A one-time payment made when the student is registered as a student of the Faculty of Earth Sciences and Energy Technology, Trisakti University. |
b. Laboratory Fees |
Paid once during the student’s tenure at Trisakti University for the implementation of all laboratory activities. Paid when the student is registered as a student of the Faculty of Earth Sciences and Energy Technology, Trisakti University. |
c. Education Implementation Fee (BPP) |
The BPP consists of: |
Basic BPP: Paid at the beginning of each semester, in a fixed amount. Additional BPP: Paid at the beginning of each semester, based on the number of credits (sks) to be taken. The amount of Basic BPP and Additional BPP per credit applies to all students for 10 (ten) semesters from the time of registration. The amount of Basic BPP and Additional BPP for students entering the 11th (eleventh) semester and beyond will be adjusted according to the regulations for the latest batch of students. |
d. Remedial Study Fee: |
Paid when a student needs to take a remedial program, which is conducted during the semester break. The payment amount per credit follows the respective batch. A maximum of 8 credits (3 courses) can be taken. |
e. Other fees |
Student Activity Fund (paid annually) Student Health Fund (paid per semester) Jacket fee (paid once upon entering the Faculty of Earth Sciences and Energy Technology, Trisakti University) Student ID Card fee (paid once upon entering Trisakti University) Other fees determined by the Rector’s Decree or the Dean’s Decree of the faculty organizing internship or field study. |
2. Fees for International Students |
The education fees for international students consist of SPP, Basic BPP, Additional BPP, and Laboratory fees, which are twice the amount set for Indonesian students. The SPP fee is equivalent to rank 3. |
a. Fees for Inactive Students |
Students who are inactive without academic leave or subject to suspension will be charged the same education fees as active students. However, students who are inactive with academic leave before the midterm exam period will receive a 50% reduction in the Basic BPP. |
b. Fees for Extended Final Project Period |
For students who have completed all academic requirements except the Final Project and are expected to complete their Final Project within a maximum of 3 months (after the end of the semester), they will be charged the full amount of Basic BPP and the Additional BPP equivalent to the number of credits for the Final Project. Payment of education fees is made through Bank BNI 1946 following the procedure below: |
1. Payment is made according to the predetermined schedule. 2. Students obtain a payment slip from the General Administration and Finance Subsection of the Faculty of Earth Sciences and Energy Technology to be paid at the bank. 3. Students submit the proof of payment* from the bank to the General Administration and Finance Subsection of the Faculty of Earth Sciences and Energy Technology. *Failure to submit the proof of payment will be considered as incomplete payment. |
